The V-BP program is designed for Very Busy Practitioners who don't want to deal with the many hours of preparation time necessary to organize and plan for all the things necessary to get ready for the Florida Dental Board examination and for those candidates that do not have the instruments necessary to perform all the patient and mannikin proceedures.

V-BP has a limited registration. For the past five examinations, we sold out six weeks prior to the examination.

  • Rental of a set of evaluation instruments for perio and amalgam patient, as required by Florida Board
  • Candidate Booklet providing all information concerning the examination

Note: V-BP provides you with the use of your own amalgamator that will be used for both patient and manikin procedures. Your own amalgamator permits easy access during the exam as well as assuring you that you will have your desired settings for properly triturating your amalgam .

How This Program Works

Once you register you will be sent the following information: a list of contacts for malpractice insurance; hotel information; car rental information; Medical Errors course information; a list of appropriate textbooks and where to obtain them for the purpose of preparing for theDiagnostic examination; the Law Study Manual and the latest copy of the Florida Laws and Rules; the necessary candidate information, and a complete armamentarium list of suggested disposables as well as a list of the dental instruments that will be provided.

When you arrive for the 9-day Course you will receive the kit of instruments in a tackle box for your use. The instruments provided include all non-disposable items necessary for performing the patient and mannikin procedures. These instruments are yours to use during the 9 day course and the following exam.

The instruments in the box, curing light and amalgamator must be returned to the designated site immediately upon completion of the exam.
